Forward Goalkeeping's winter program runs from November 28, 2026 to April 25, 2027 at Players Paradise in Stoney Creek — goalkeeper-specific training on indoor turf, led by former professional goalkeeper Lucas Birnstingl.

Registration is open. There are 32 spots for the entire season.

Winter Goalkeeper Training in Stoney Creek

  • This is the question we get most, so here's exactly how it works.

    You choose. The registration form below asks every goalkeeper to select their preferred training day and time — it's a required field, not an optional one.

    One month before the season begins, we build the schedule around those answers. Groups are set by the majority availability within each age group, so keepers are training alongside others at their level, on a day and time that works for most of the group.

    You'll receive your confirmed day and time roughly four weeks before November 28.

    • Goalkeeper-specific coaching in handling, footwork, positioning, distribution and shot-stopping

    Players Paradise is an easy drive from Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Grimsby and the Niagara region — goalkeepers travel in from across the Golden Horseshoe to train with us.

  • Every age. Every level. Whether you're a ten-year-old learning to set your feet or a senior keeper preparing for a League1 season, you'll be placed in a group that matches where you actually are.

    That's the point of capping sessions at eight: nobody trains in a room pitched at someone else's ability.

  • You have two options:

    1. $1,740.20 CAD for the full season — four instalments of $435.05.

      • First payment — $435.05 — e-transfer to lucasbirnstingl@hotmail.com, this secures your spot

      • Second payment — $435.05 — post-dated cheque, December 11, 2026

      • Third payment — $435.05 — post-dated cheque, February 5, 2027

      • Fourth payment — $435.05 — post-dated cheque, April 9, 2027

  • No. Booking indoor field space means FGK commits to the full season upfront, so we ask every goalkeeper to commit to the full winter as well.
